Nothing else is needed to begin, and every extra item is a reason to delay.

Which documents do I need to send to start a renewal review?
Four documents that already exist: the renewal letter, your current plan summary, the contribution split by tier, and enrolled counts by tier. Groups of 50 or more send two more, and we tell you which ones. Nothing else is needed to begin, and extra items cause delays.
What if I cannot find one of the four documents?
Missing documents are the usual reason reviews do not start. You can sign a one-page authorization so we request the missing items from the carrier directly. You can also send what you have, and we will identify what is still needed so you are not stuck.
What happens once you receive my documents?
We read them, checking each document against the others for gaps and contradictions. Then we send you one consolidated list of anything missing. Work begins once the four documents are in hand, and the next step is setting the datum on your renewal.
Ready? Send us your renewal, or talk it through with someone first. No cost, no obligation.
General information, not legal or tax advice. Plan-specific questions belong with the plan documents, the carrier and counsel.
Send us your renewal.
We’ll tell you whether it looks competitive, where we see opportunity, and the five questions we’d put to your carrier. No cost, and no obligation to move anything.
