CFH Insurance Consultants, LLC (“CFH,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This policy should be read alongside our Cookie Policy and our Terms of Service.

- Business and plan information submitted in connection with benefits consulting services, including group census data, plan documents, carrier quotes, and renewal information. Where this data includes information about employees or dependents of a client, we process it solely on behalf of, and under the direction of, the client for the purpose of providing consulting services;

- Communications you send to us, including emails and messages submitted through the Site.
2. How We Use Information
We use information we collect to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve our consulting services and the Site;
- Prepare carrier analyses, renewal strategies, and related advisory deliverables for clients;

- With insurance carriers, general agencies, and benefits platforms as necessary to obtain quotes, process enrollments, or service a client’s benefits program, and only as authorized by the applicable client engagement;

- In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of business assets, subject to standard confidentiality protections.
4. Health and Benefits-Related Data
In the course of providing employee benefits consulting services, CFH may handle census or enrollment data that includes information related to group health plan participation. CFH does not act as a health care provider, health plan, or health care clearinghouse. Where CFH receives protected health information in connection with a client’s group health plan, such information is handled pursuant to the confidentiality and data-handling terms of the applicable client or carrier agreement, and — where applicable — any business associate agreement in place with that client.
Data Security and Information Protection
We maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Data Retention
We retain information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, satisfy legal or regulatory recordkeeping requirements applicable to insurance consulting engagements, and resolve disputes.
7. Your Choices and Rights
Depending on your state of residence, you may have rights to access, correct, or request deletion of personal information we hold about you, or to opt out of certain uses. To make a request, contact us using the information below. We will respond in accordance with applicable law. Residents of states with comprehensive privacy laws (such as Colorado and Texas) may have additional rights under those laws; we will honor verifiable requests consistent with applicable requirements.
8. Children’s Privacy
The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn we have inadvertently collected such information, we will take steps to delete it.
