Three tracks that have to land together.

Each depends on the others.

Platform Build and Open Enrollment

Configured, tested and opened to employees on a set date.

How the build works

Owners and Dates

Every line has both.

A step without an owner is a risk.

A Name on Every Step

Who is responsible, and who to ask.

A Date on Every Step

Working backward from the effective date.

Dependencies Shown

What has to finish before the next thing can start.

Why corrections are hard afterward

When It Slips

Plans slip. What matters is when you hear about it.

We say so early.

We Say So Early

A slipping date is raised when it is a risk, not when it is a miss.

We Reset the Plan

The dates are rebuilt around the new reality.

We Hold the Line on the Effective Date

Where possible, the date that matters most stays fixed.

Questions We Get

Questions that come up.

Short answers to the questions we hear most. Each links to the full page.

What does a dated implementation plan actually cover for a renewal?

It covers every step from carrier files to open enrollment, worked backward from the effective date. The plan runs three tracks that must finish together: eligibility files checked against the quote, ID cards timed to arrive when coverage starts, and the enrollment platform built, tested, and opened on a set date.

Why does every step in an implementation plan need a named owner and date?

A step without an owner is a risk, because nobody is accountable when it slips. Each line in our plan carries a named owner, a date, and visible dependencies, so everyone can see what must finish before the next step can start.

What happens if a date in the implementation plan starts to slip?

We raise a slipping date early and rebuild the plan around it, so the owner and the dependent steps stay visible. The aim is to protect the effective date, so employees have coverage and ID cards when the plan year begins.
