Questions that come up.
Short answers to the questions we hear most. Each links to the full page.
Do I have to change carriers or notify my broker just because I read your assessment?
No. Reading the assessment commits you to nothing. Your carrier, plan and current broker stay as they are until you decide to act. Nothing is switched, signed or submitted, and you do not have to notify your current broker at any point during the review.
What choices do I have once I have the written read?
You have three paths. You can stay and renew with the read in hand, negotiate with the carrier using specific questions, or go to market by testing the market on a held census. Which path makes sense depends on what the assessment shows for your group.
What changes if I choose to go ahead?
The method takes over with a dated plan that lists steps, owners and dates, and named contacts for each. Until you choose to proceed, none of that begins and your current arrangements continue.
