Send Us Your Renewal · What We Promise

A second opinion is not a commitment to switch.

You keep the review whether you move your business or not. If you stay with your current broker and carrier, the written read is still yours to use in that conversation. Nothing in it assumes a move, and we do not ask for a broker of record letter to do the review.

Send Us Your Renewal

Why It Matters

Asking is free of consequences. The decision stays yours.

Sending your renewal for a read does not move your account, appoint us to anything or start a clock. You receive an answer, and what you do with it is up to you.

Many employers stay with their current carrier and their current broker after a review. When that is the right result, the read says so.

What We Look For

What the review does not do.

Change Who Represents You

No broker of record letter is involved. Nothing about your current relationships changes.

Contact Your Carrier

We do not approach your carrier unless you ask us to.

Start a Contract

There is no engagement agreement to sign for the second opinion.

Going Deeper

What You Keep If You Stay.

The written read is yours whether or not you move any business. It records where your renewal stood, what the options were and what we recommended. You can use it in your next conversation with your broker or carrier.

If you later decide to work with us, the read is the starting point. If not, you keep it and we are done.

Nothing in the review assumes a move.

Questions We Get

Questions about commitment.

Will I be asked to sign anything?

Only a one-page authorization if you want us to request missing documents from your carrier. It is not a broker of record letter and changes nothing about who represents you.

What if I want to move later?

Then we talk about it as a separate decision, with the read in hand. Nothing in the second opinion obliges you to.

Can I share the read with my own broker?

Yes. It is yours to share or keep private.

Can we revisit later?

Yes. Many employers return the next year.

Will you remind us?

We may follow up once. We respect your wishes.

Is the read still valid next year?

It reflects this year’s facts. Next year needs a fresh look.

General information, not legal advice. Plan-specific questions belong with your counsel, and we will bring them in.
